hazmat return

Hello,

​We are sorry to hear of the trouble you had with your purchase and have attached a return mailing label that you may use to send the device back to us at our expense. I have also attached a hazmat label that you will need to affix to the outside of your return package for proper USPS handling. You may cut the hazmat label around the red border and tape it to your return package.

​If you do not have access to a printer please let us know and we will mail this to you instead. 

​Once packaged you may place the return with your outgoing mail for USPS pickup, or take it to the nearest post office if you prefer. We apologize for this inconvenience and will notify you once the return has been processed.
